Bespoke Corner Display Cabinet by Aksel Harboe, 1999. Mr. Harboe was a master cabinetmaker, trained and educated in Denmark. He moved to the United States in the 1960’s and began his bespoke custom design business in Pasadena. He created, designed and handmade every piece of furniture with his own signature style. This is truly a one of a kind piece of art. Gorgeous workmanship with fine details in every corner and top of the line woods including cherry and wenge wood inlay with brass hardware and detailing. The corner drawers are designed to pull out, but stop just short of removable for easy access. The lattice work, inlay and joinery is second to none. Matching credenza also available. Stamped with makers mark on the drawer. Doors open up from the center to reveal lighting in side with lights on both the top and bottom sections. Truly a work of art. Measures 16.25″ Square and 82″ High.

These pieces have wonderful book matched walnut grain with white laminate tops. The backs are also done in white laminate. Pair have the exact outer dimensions, one has 3 drawers and the other has 4. Great, classic and desirable pieces are in wonderful vintage condition with only very slight wear as shown. 9/10 condition. The white laminate is perfect with no chips. Top has a drop leaf that can be lowered to accommodate small spaces or extended for a larger 65.5″ workspace. Drawers can slide from right to left to accommodate the user’s preferred access. Early 103 Piece Set of Arne Jacobsen for Anton Michelsen Flatware, 1965 Stainless steel, with markings. Very good to excellent condition. Complete canteen service for eight also includes two large salad spoons, large salad fork, 4 extra teaspoons, 4 extra fish forks, 4 extra steak knives, 2 appetizer forks, 9 demitasse spoons and a left handed spoon and two extra dinner forks. Original mahogany storage trays and locking box. Arne Jacobsen designed this ultra modern flatware in 1957 for the restaurant of the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen which was opened in 1958. The design remained so extremely modern after almost half a century that it was modern enough to be used in Stanley Kubrick science fiction film: A Space Odyssey. This service contains 77 pcs (serves eight) is from the first manufacturer Anton Michelsen, it was purchased by the first owner in the 1969.
