Marked with labels to the back of the frame. Wear consistent with age and use, very good original condition, some slight wear to frame and some slight fray in end of rope as seen.

Pair of Ebonized Spear Chests by T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings for Widdicomb, ca. 1955. Called the ‘Spear’ chests for their resemblance to the silver tipped spear hardware. Professionally ebonized and restored in showroom condition. Could be used as larger nightstands or pushed together as a credenza or larger dresser. Original casters on underside for easy moving.
