Floating walnut bookcase or media cabinet, circa 1965. Believed to be a Kipp Stewart/Stuart MacDougall design for Drexel. Rare, not often seen this piece has adjustable shelving on the left and a slide out shelf for your turntable or other media components. Solid sculpted walnut legs on a floating frame, the shelves are a surfboard shape and the piece is substantial. Professionally restored in showroom condition. Finished on the reverse and can float in a room. Beautiful and unusual design perfect for your office, library and living room and can also be used as a credenza under a television.
