Eero Saarinen for Knoll Early Walnut Dining Table 42″, ca. 1960. Original Early vintage tulip dining table 42″ diameter, designed by Eero Saarinen and produced by Knoll. This is a gorgeous vintage example, which retains its original cast iron base. The base is solid and not hollow, as some of the later versions are not as heavy. The original Walnut top has been professionally restored to showroom condition and displays the classic knife edge detail, distinctly Knoll. This example dates to the 1960s and is guaranteed as an authentic and original example. Condition overall is excellent. There is some light wear and patina on the original base, we did not have the base restored to preserve the authenticity of the piece. Measures 42″ Diameter x 29″ High

California Studio Ceramic Glazed Vessel by Bruce Tomkinson 1934-2022, ca. 1970. Beautiful representation of his work, this glazed vessel with hand carved design is substantial, measuring 19″ Tall and 8″ Diameter at the top. Perfect vintage condition, this is a great piece for your collection. His works are becoming harder to find. Bruce spent his years after college pursuing his passion of crafting and teaching ceramics, eventually working as a professor for Santa Monica City College, from 1969 up until 2012. Known for his rustic style influenced by his world travels, he would become particularly inspired while on sabbatical by the torii gates of Japan, representing a transition from the mundane to the sacred. He incorporated this sentiment, using classical or utilitarian forms, juxtaposed by freeform sculptural and animalia elements. Moving to Ojai in the 1990s, he was a longtime member of the Ojai Studio Artists and the Ventura County Potters’ Guild. An ardent supporter of the arts, Bruce often donated his work to local charity auctions and continued to teach as professor emeritus well into his seventies. Measures 19″ H x 8″ Diameter
George Mulhauser for Plycraft Mr. Chair & Ottoman, ca. 1970. All original, this chair has not been restored and is in good original vintage condition. The vinyl is free of tears or cracking and the base is solid. Bentwood frame does show some wear on edges, however it still very much usable with great patina to the wood. Ottoman swivels 360 degrees as well as chair. Great original chair for your collection.

Rosewood Floating Desk by Arne Hovmand-Olsen, ca. 1960. Stunning and rare floating rosewood desk with exceptional craftsmanship by Arne Hovmand-Olsen. This floating desk can be mounted on any wall (hardware not included), predrilled holes in the back sit flush with the wall. Desk has a fold-over black laminate top in excellent original condition, it appears the desk was never opened. The brass hinges are near new and the rosewood grain is exceptional. Three drawers are featured on this model, this is the larger and more rare of the two models. The tolerances and craftsmanship of this piece is second to none. Measures 59″ W x 12″ D (with desk folded up) and 23″ D with desk unfolded. Can be mounted at any height. The total length of the desk from top to bottom is 7.5″.

Frame does have some wear on the legs and seat and at some point in its lifespan, the legs have been re-glued.
